Now comes the marketing part, again in this part, you can use AI to your advantage but cannot leave it entirely to AI. For instance, AI tools help you gather competitor data and analyse your SEO strategy accordingly. AI tools will help you analyse your traffic well. Still, you need an SEO expert agency to handle and manage the SEO well to boost your rankings and have sustained results.

Customer Service is one area where you see the use of AI chatbots on a lot of sites. this really helps to have a generic idea of a query from the visiting customer but this query has to be taken over by an expert sales staff/customer service agent for better results.

So to summarize our article, we must say that AI can be used effectively for improving accuracy but it does not in any way eliminate the need for hiring human executives for various tasks. Rather the best way to put it is that AI is a friend which should be utilized by agencies to speed up their work and bring more accuracy.
